Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Torch at torchpad.fun and its associated services (including the bridge at bridge.torchpad.fun) process information when you use the Service. The Service is a non-custodial platform with no user accounts.

The Service is operated by Torchpad via torchpad.fun. Contact: t.me/torchpaddotfunofficial.

To fetch quotes, monitor status, and help you build transactions, the Service processes:

• Public wallet addresses (origin and, where you set one, destination recipient).
• Transaction parameters such as chain IDs, token identifiers, amounts, slippage preferences, and related quote/status request data.
• Technical request data handled by our Cloudflare-hosted proxy, including IP address and standard HTTP metadata used for rate limiting, abuse prevention, and request routing.

This information is forwarded as needed to third-party providers and blockchain infrastructure so quotes and status checks can be fulfilled. On-chain activity is inherently public.

We do not operate an account system. We do not collect:

• Passwords or account credentials for Torch
• Seed phrases, private keys, or recovery phrases (and we never ask for them)
• Government ID, billing profiles, or similar KYC documents through this interface

We do not sell your personal data. We do not run first-party marketing or analytics trackers in the current application code.

Data is shared only as needed to operate the Service, including with:

• Cloudflare: hosting, CDN, and server-side proxy functions.
• Bridge and liquidity providers: quote and status APIs used to route bridges.
• RPC / chain providers: to read balances, simulate, and broadcast transactions you initiate.
• Wallet software you choose (e.g. injected EVM wallets, WalletConnect / Reown, Phantom, Solflare). Those products process data under their own policies when you connect or sign.

Their privacy notices apply to processing they perform. We do not control how those parties retain or use data once received.

The Service uses limited client storage, not advertising cookies:

• localStorage: stores preferences such as theme selection only.
• Optional access cookie: if an access PIN is configured, a short-lived HttpOnly session cookie may be set after PIN verification. This is not an analytics cookie.

Wallet extensions and WalletConnect may store their own session data outside our application code. We do not set first-party tracking cookies for advertising or analytics in the current build.

We do not maintain user profiles. Technical logs and edge request metadata may be retained by Cloudflare and third-party providers according to their own retention practices for security, abuse prevention, and service operation. On-chain records persist publicly on the relevant blockchains indefinitely.

We design the Service so private keys never leave your wallet and are never handled by our servers. API keys for third-party providers are held in the Cloudflare environment and used server-side, not embedded in the public client bundle. No security measure is perfect; you remain responsible for wallet and device security.

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal data, or to object to certain processing. Because we do not run accounts and primarily process ephemeral technical and public blockchain-related data, fulfilling some requests may be limited to what we or our processors can reasonably locate.

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Processing may occur in the United States and other countries where Cloudflare, bridge providers, RPC providers, or wallet vendors operate. Those locations may have different data-protection laws than your home country.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes means you acknowledge the updated policy.
